Testing Policy
All of the products undergo a strict testing protocol to determine their shelf-life. Each product is tested for a minimum of one year before it is released onto the market to determine the quality of the product after the stability testing has been carried out. This is to ensure that the quality of the product is at its premium when it is sold to the client. Most of the Erb products have a two year shelf life.
Erb has a strict no animal testing policy for their products and ingredients.
Where do you source your ingredients
Most of the ingredients in the Erb products are sourced from within Thailand. They only use the finest quality herbs and active natural bases. This is to ensure the quality of the finished product and to prolong shelf life.
Fair Trade
Erb products are not governed by fair trade. However in Thailand, they have a ministry of labour and social welfare to protect the rights of their workers. For example, there is the minimum labour cost per hour that employers have to pay and there is a fixed number of working hours per day. If labourers exceed those working hours, there is a set rate of over-time the employer must pay to the employee.
